Senior Jalen Patterson celebrates after putting in a last second bucket for the win in overtime over Rowlett

With the 23-point loss against Jesuit, the push to make the playoffs got much harder for varsity basketball. While tied with Lake Highlands for the 4th spot in district 10-6A, a win against W.T White, along with Jesuit beating Skyline would propel the Eagles into the playoffs. If Skyline beats Jesuit, the Eagles would go head to head with Skyline for a playoff berth, assuming they pick up a win tonight against W.T White.

“A lot’s on the line, but if we come out and play together we have nothing to worry about – if we do that, we’ll be good,” senior small forward Xavier Elam said.
