As Sarah McLachlan’s song “I Will Remember You” played, senior captain Sophie Kollaja hung her purple-sequined hat on a wooden “stick-chick” and blew her rhinestone-covered whistle, marking the end of the 56th annual Eaglette Revue.
“Revue was really fun, but very high intensity,” Kollaja said. “I loved every moment of it.”
The theme of this year’s Spring show was “On The Radio.” The Eaglettes danced to songs like Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors” and Greenday’s “Good Riddance.”
The show ended with the Eaglette’s traditional kick routine set to Neil Diamond’s “America” and the “hanging of the hats” ceremony for graduating seniors.
“Revue was amazing and magical,” junior Ryan Kboudi, next year’s captain, said. “Everything went perfectly. I’m so proud of the whole team and everyone who helped out.”
